Tax Integration Lead

The goal of Integrated ERP Program (I-ERP) program is to significantly reduce the size and complexity of Fords technical footprint, refocus on differentiating capabilities, and standardize business processes. This job request is for iERP AP tax Integration lead position that would be responsible for delivery of Tax related items in I-ERP program for Finance & Accounting

• Lead cross functional tax design with Finance/ Purchasing product teams to drive consensus and solution alignment
• Partner with iERP solution and business architecture and external partner teams to align on system integration protocols
• Curious to learn and understand S4 Ford tax system configuration for NA/EU to an extent to be able to lead functional design/ production support discussions
• Act as SPOC for all AP tax related design from IT standpoint
• Work with Vertex/SAP supplier partners to prioritize product fix /performance issues and remediation.
• 
  Partner with System Integrators and Procurement Team to execute the delivery of program per schedule
• Collaborate with Ford Business, IT, Tax PDO & Implementation partners to successfully implement I-ERP per scope
• Supervise Ford employees and agency resources and provide leadership to System Integrator and AP tax part of design
• Report status and escalate issues to Senior Management

• 10+ years experience (8 years of experience in SAP)
• Experience with developing SAP applications like (or other ERP packages) as part of a large program
• Experience with Accounts payable/Tax functional domain Knowledge
• Experience in manage tax calculations to keep in compliance with tax authorities
