Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager Full Stack (Angular & Node.js)
Location: Newark, NJ

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong background in AngularJS-based responsive web app development, Node.js REST APIs & microservices, and RDBMS/SQL. The ideal candidate will lead agile teams, drive project execution, and ensure high coding standards, CI/CD practices, and effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery in an Agile Scrum environment.
Drive frontend development using AngularJS and backend services using Node.js.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and status updates.
Plan and track project milestones, risks, and governance processes.
Guide and mentor development teams for performance and quality delivery.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in AngularJS, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservice architecture.
Proficiency in RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), complex SQL queries, and database design.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum practices and project governance.
Proven experience in team leadership and client-facing roles.
Exposure to Cloud - AWS / Azure
Good to Have:
Exposure to jBPM or similar BPM tools.
Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Out Systems, Mendix, Power Apps).
Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 2-3 years in technical project management.
Domain exposure in banking /insurance
