Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Patient Experience professional to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient experience and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement patient experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address patient needs and concerns.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff on patient-centered care practices.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient experience or a related field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis tools.
