Make An Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - India Factory to lead our India operations. In this critical role, you will develop and implement a forward-thinking manufacturing vision and strategy, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence across our manufacturing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global teams and play a pivotal role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Leadership:

• Lead and manage the factory operations of Fossil Groups India manufacturing activities.
• Develop strategies to optimize operations, focusing on both top and bottom-line profitability.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources and formalize inventory planning strategies.
• Establish and monitor systems and processes to track and improve operational performance.
• Create a safe working environment by developing robust safety systems and adhering to global standards of corporate social responsibility.
• Oversee relationships with government authorities and ensure full statutory compliance.
  

New Product Development & Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with global teams, particularly in China, to accelerate product development while reducing costs and maintaining quality.
• Lead technical development teams and work closely with third-party vendors to meet production goals.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing and product development to support the company’s growth objectives.
  

Leadership & People Management:

• Be a visionary leader, fostering a positive and competitive work culture.
• Align corporate goals with plant and individual team objectives, ensuring everyone is working toward shared success.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure objective appraisals.
• Cultivate a motivated workforce through clear goal-setting and continuous development.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, ideally within the consumer goods or technology sectors.
• Strong operational expertise in managing factory operations, optimizing resources, and driving process improvements.
• Experience working with global teams and managing vendor relationships, especially in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
• A track record of leading and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
