Job Description
- You will be joining FoundersCart as a Sales and Support Executive, where you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, providing customer support, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This full-time on-site position is based in New Delhi.
Your daily responsibilities will include responding to client emails and phone calls, assisting with product information, processing orders, and collaborating with various departments to address issues promptly and efficiently.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, sales and customer support experience, proficiency in using CRM software and related tools, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Previous experience in a similar role and working with technical software will be advantageous.

The salary offered for this position is in the range of Rs 300,000 to Rs 400,000 per annum, with additional incentives provided.
