Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests for products/services, handle complaints, and provide solutions to issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling domestic customer support.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Ability to work on an inbound process with multiple priorities simultaneously.
