Customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international customer calls to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• 
  Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on International Voice Process (US process).
• Excellent communication skills with a background in customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of US culture and market trends would be an added advantage.
