• US Voice Process (Ecommerce, Technical support and Utility customer service)
• US Blended Process (Broadband Service, Fashion Brand and Money transfer customer service)

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for our customers. This involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age of applicant should be Between 20 - 39 years.

2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skill in English.

4. Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work 24/7). 5 days working and 2 rotational offs.

5. Salary: Best in the industry + Travel Allowance + Performance Payout.

6.Process: Voice Process.

7. Work Location: 5th Floor, Boomerang Building, Andheri East, Chandivali, Mumbai-400072
