Job Title: International Voice Process

Location :- Uppal NSL

Shift: Night Shifts (Rotational Night Shifts)

Experience/Fresher:6 Months to 12 Months or more.

Salary: 6 Months 3.2 LPA, 12months and above : 3.6LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

• 6 Months or more experience in any BPO. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Work from office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
• Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
• Work in an international call center environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization.
