Experience : 4-8 years
What You'll Own:
- You'll be at the heart of our growth engine, driving high-quality leads and optimizing performance across cities.
- Own end-to-end performance marketing for multiple centres across India
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Drive high-intent lead generation and not just volume
- Optimize across the funnel: Lead - Qualified - Tour - Admission

- Continuously improve CPL, CTR, CVR, and, most importantly, lead quality
- Run structured A/B experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify drop-offs and unlock conversion opportunities at every stage
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that tell a clear growth story
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions, CRM, Content, Design, and Tech teams
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems
- Experience managing significant monthly ad spends with accountability for ROI
- Comfortable diving deep into data, funnels, and attribution
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- A mind-set that blends analytical thinking with experimentation and speed
