Company is seeking an experienced US IT recruiter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in US IT recruitment and a passion for delivering high-quality.

Jbo Description

• US IT Recruiter (Direct client) Experience level 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Extensive experience working on Direct Clients like FINRA, NJM, Moodys, Nasdaq and Banking Finance. Clients Strong experience working on VMS/MSP model- Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Beeline, Prowand Adept knowledge on Tax Terms- W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 Adept Knowledge on Work Authorizations/Visas- USC, GC, EADs, H1B and H1B transfer process.
• Experienced with complete lifecycle of Recruitment- from Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Closures and maintenance of candidates until their life at Compunnel. Strong hold on various technologies, backend, Frontend, databases, programming languages, AI, ML, data Scientists, DevOps etc.
• Someone with excellent communication skills who is innovative and open to new Challenges. Someone who has a passion for recruiting and making incentives and not just here for a 7 to 4 job for salary.
