Supervise and coordinate the activities of the accounts receivable team
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts
Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and payments
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve discrepancies
Prepare aging reports and financial statements related to receivables
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve cash flow
Implement and maintain internal controls for receivables processes
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards
Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Opera, SAP, QuickBooks)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
