Responsibilities
People Functions:
Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office.
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish the above task.
Must be able to work with confidentiality and display good discretion.
Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
Receive, direct or determine action required on all telephone inquiries whenever they are not independently handled.
Act as a liaison between the Finance Manager and employee-related inquiries.
Asist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (Account Payable, General Cashier, Accounts Receivable etc.)
The Accounting office structure may vary and responsibilities need to be adapted as required.
Product Functions
Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures related to Finance Office.
The Accounting Generalist is responsible for handling the tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services.
Handle Accounts Payable function of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach & Four Seasons Hotel DIFC
To be able to work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
The Accounting office structure may vary and responsibilities need to be adapted as required.
Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (Account Receivable, General Cashier, Accounts Payable etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings.

Plan and monitor duties to ensure effective and efficient use of all available resources in order to make the greatest impact on the Hotel’s/Resort’s objectives.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients.
Serve as a role model for others by demonstrating appropriate business conduct and ethical principles.
Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
Preferred Criteria Required

College Graduate (Accounting/Finance)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Income Audit function.
Overall 3 to 4 years of experience in Hotel Accounting
Good knowledge of Sun System
Good Computer skills (e-mail communication, Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
Good command of English (Reading and Writing)
Preferred Technical Skills and Knowledge
Require a working technical knowledge of administrative skills.
Ability to operate scanner, copier, telephone.
Requires knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office software
Ability to read, write and speak English
