About the location:
Open since May 2019, in the information technology capital of India, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travellers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. Designed to reflect a sense of its location, the Hotel’s design merges nature and architecture in an homage to Bengaluru’s reputation as the Garden City. Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is located in one of the city’s most dynamic development that includes Four Seasons Private Residences, premium grade office space, sophisticated retail, dining and entertainment.
About The Role
As a Human Resources Coordinator you will act as first contact at the HR Office, answering telephone inquiries and offering reliable information in a friendly manner.
This role is an entry level, reporting to the People & Culture Manager.
As the hotel is unable to obtain work permit, you must have authorization to work in India.
What You Will Do

• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met

• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
• Maintains a clean, neat and organized work area and assists with regular check for cleanliness in Lockers, Relaxation Lounge, Training Rooms, HR store room & employee restaurant.
• Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
  

What You Bring

• Hotel school Degree with 6 months to 2 years’ experience in Human Resources particularly in Hotel Industry.
• Experience in hotel operations or other service environments is an added advantage.
• Ability to read, speak and write English and possess strong interpersonal & public speaking skills.
• Is computer and social media savvy. Uses creativity in promoting People & Culture activities in the Hotel. Knowledge of designing tools such as Canvas, Adobe will be a plus but not mandatory.
