Position

Jr. Social Media Manager

• Pay: ?25,000 ?35,000/month
• Probation: 3 months ( performance-led confirmation )
• Experience: 12 years (no freshers, no internships)

What You Must Bring

Perspective on:

• Consumer electronics + fashion/lifestyle culture
• Presentation & design language
• Brand building through visuals + storytelling
• AI image & video generation (bonus if you experiment with tools)
• 3D visuals (understanding, not mastery, is enough)

Skills:

• Content Creation ? Original, on-brand ideas for Reels, Stories, Carousels.
• Video Editing ? CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Storytelling & Writing ? Quirky captions, taglines, and micro-copy that match our tone.
• Brand Aesthetic Sense ? Canva/Adobe Suite with detail and color harmony.
• Cultural Relevance ? Deep plugged-in-ness to internet trends, youth culture, and pop references.

Responsibilities

• Build content direction + calendar with the team.
• Design storytelling frameworks & pillars (e.g., Monday Boosts, BTS, Creator Spotlights).
• Plan, shoot, and edit Reels + Stories that feel authentic, emotional, and premium.
• Collaborate with Harsh on campaign ideas + creative directions.
• Own posting schedule and analytics rhythm.
• Maintain visual & tone consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, and future platforms.
• Translate product launches (color drops, collabs) into stories, moodboards, edits.
• Shape the Fox My Box voice across the digital landscape.
