The Executive - Influencer Marketing will play a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns for our Beauty and Personal Care products. This role also involves managing branded content ads

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage the end-to-end execution of branded content ads, across google & meta platforms which includes - coordination with creators, performance tracking, creative testing, and campaign optimization. 
• Partner with influencers and creators to repurpose UGC into high-performing paid ads.
• Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CVR, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns. 
• Test creatives, captions, hooks, CTAs, and formats to drive conversions.
• Stay on top of platform-specific trends, algorithm updates, and ad policies.

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the Beauty or Personal Care industry. 

• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms, deliverables, and pricing with influencers and media platforms. 

• Social media: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram & YouTube) and the latest trends within the beauty and personal care space. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with influencers and internal teams. 

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously, staying organized and meeting deadlines. 

• Passion for Beauty & Personal Care: A genuine interest in the beauty and personal care industry, with an understanding of the consumer landscape.
