Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager/Manager B2B Operations to lead and streamline our B2B operations team. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless end-to-end order fulfilment across all B2B channels.
Youre Responsibilities-
You will be managing aspects of output in your area: Controlling performance, people management, metrics & process improvements.
- Oversee daily end to end B2B operations with multi-channel order fulfilment process while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery (OTIFs) through strategic planning and coordination with logistics partners.
- Define and implement B2B operational SOPs for offline, Q-com and marketplace channels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for order accuracy, speed and service levels.
- Handle export/domestic documentation, compliance and contract negotiations.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Revenue, Finance and Brand teams on PO fulfilment, marketplace inventory replenishment, inventory reconciliation & finance compliance.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing supply chain operations team.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, data analytics and tracking tools for daily operations and reporting.
- Forecasts requirements, prepares annual budgets, Operations infrastructure.
- Cost & Customer experience Matrices reporting, improvement & closure of corrective actions.
Preferred Qualifications-
- 7-8+ years of operations leadership experience in a similar fast-paced process driven B2B Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations leadership roles.
- Masters degree in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Engineering background.

- Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution, multi-channel fulfilment and inventory management.
- Strong data analysis skills - Ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- Good computer literacy: Excel, word, warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies. (SAP,Unicommerce, Shopify etc).
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and detail-oriented and process-driven approach
- Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
- Team player who can facilitate successful project work, operating to deadlines.
