Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and will involve handling strategic administrative tasks while also managing operational and HR-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, has a strong HR/Ops background, and is excellent at multitasking and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Founders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the HR function with data management, compliance tracking, and performance management logistics.
  • Help streamline and improve internal operations by identifying and addressing process gaps.
  • Manage vendor relationships, basic procurement, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication and organize team events or offsites as needed.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personnel information.
Key Requirements (Education And Experience)
  • 48 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Generalist, or Operations Executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace,
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
