Job Description
- As a Sales Operations Associate at Fractal Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Operations Lead and PMO team for one of the largest accounts in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) practice. Your primary responsibility will be to handle operational and executional tasks, allowing the Sales Operations Lead to focus on strategic initiatives and account growth. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Capabilities & Delivery, PMO, and Central Operations Excellence, will be essential to drive the growth of the account and contribute to broader CPG initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders (COs), and proposals for timely and accurate submissions to clients.
- Providing operational support across sales processes for key industry sectors such as CPG, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail.
- Managing and administering Salesforce CRM, including building custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
- Collaborating with horizontal and vertical teams to maintain consistent messaging, collaterals, and high-quality deliverables for designated accounts.

In addition, you will be responsible for Access Management tasks, such as creating new users in the client system, conducting periodic user access reviews, troubleshooting authentication-related issues, supporting internal and external audits, identifying and mitigating access-related risks, defining streamlined processes, and providing support for access-related service desk tickets and incidents.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with the sales lifecycle and global delivery models, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Exposure to pre-sales, bid management, or program management in analytics or technology-driven environments, as well as knowledge of the CPG industry and related analytics solutions, would be advantageous.
