About The Department

• The Technology team builds and supports the systems that power ClearBridge Investments global operations, enabling high?quality, data?driven decision?making across the business. The team includes developers, analysts, and QA specialists who collaborate closely to deliver reliable, well?tested applications. Working here offers exposure to enterprise platforms, opportunities to grow technical depth, and a culture that values continuous improvement and teamwork.
  

How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
You will:

• Understand key project requirements and develop test strategies and plans
• Document test cases and perform and track functional, integration, regression, and other various tests
• Work closely with development team to understand technical requirements through daily meetings and collaborative tools
• Proactively identify and communicate possible system issues during daily development team meetings
• Provide test results and reports regularly
• Maintain test case suite and documentation
  

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Bachelors degree
• 4-6 years of quality assurance experience (preferably in asset management) including direct experience with agile projects
• Strong data validation involving variety of database platforms
• Experience testing AI/ML platforms and intelligent solutions, including validation of model performance, data integrity, bias detection, and end-to-end system behavior across structured and unstructured data environments.
• Experience testing data integrations, APIs, and workflow automations across cloud and on-prem environments, business process logic, web services, and application enhancements.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high-risk environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong visual inspection skills and attention to detail
