Job Overview:We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive IT Sales to join our team and drive international client acquisition efforts. This role requires a proactive and target-driven professional who can identify potential business opportunities, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with international clients using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities:???? Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional platforms.
???? Research potential clients, understand their business needs, and approach them with relevant IT solutions.
???? Develop effective outreach strategies through messaging, email campaigns, and calls to engage with international prospects.
???? Build and maintain strong client relationships to create new business opportunities.
???? Maintain and update an accurate database of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
???? Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover process and successful client onboarding.
???? Stay updated on industry trends and market competition to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:? Freshers & Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation or IT Sales (preferred).
? Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B lead generation tools.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal & written).
? Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
? Good research skills to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
? A proactive approach with a strong sales mindset and result-driven attitude.
? Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
