The Director of the People's Team is a strategic HR leadership role that oversees all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. This role focuses on supporting the company's growth plans within the real estate and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational skills to foster a robust, inclusive, and agile work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partner:
- Collaborates with the leadership team to drive the people agenda and support business objectives.
Talent Management:
- Oversees the entire talent lifecycle, from acquisition to development and retention.
Performance Management:
- Implements and manages performance management systems to improve employee productivity and development.


Employee Engagement:
- Develops and implements initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
Organizational Development:
- Focuses on organizational design, change management, and building a strong company culture.
HR Operations:
- Manages the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Compliance:
- Ensures adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Skills and Experience:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Operational Excellence: Strong ability to manage and execute HR processes effectively.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate or infrastructure sectors (preferred).
Experience: Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
Education: Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
