Job Description
Were Frenus, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps companies like Mercedes-Benz, Deutsche Telekom, Hilti, and Zoom make better strategic decisions. We support our clients with market intelligence, contact research, and sales enablement all focused on B2B tech, digitalization, and innovation.
Now were growing our own marketing efforts and looking for someone whos passionate about LinkedIn, tools, and trends - and ready to shape Frenus digital presence with us.
What Youll DoYoull work directly with Varun (Digital Marketing Manager) and our Management to drive Frenus digital presence - primarily on LinkedIn and via our newsletter. Your role focuses on quality over quantity, modern tools over manual work, and curiosity over routine. Your key tasks:
- LinkedIn Content Curation: Identify and analyze high-quality LinkedIn posts from our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and help turn insights into inspiration
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on digitalization, B2B tech, and consulting topics - know whats hot and whats hype
- Content Creation & Optimization: Write and optimize LinkedIn posts, comments, and engagement strategies using current best practices
- Newsletter (Beehiiv): Draft and manage our monthly Beehiiv newsletter - structured, visual, and valuable
- Visual Content (Canva): Create appealing graphics and layouts for posts and newsletters
- Virtual Events Support: Help organize and promote online events like webinars and roundtables
- Tool-Powered Workflow: Use AI and research tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Trends) to boost speed, quality, and relevance - safely and strategically
- LinkedIn is your playground - Youve used it actively for content, outreach, or marketing and you know what drives engagement
- AI Tools are in your toolkit - You work with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva, Beehiiv, and more not just out of curiosity, but with a purpose. You understand the power of these tools, but also their risks, and apply them responsibly
- Fast learner, quick thinker - You dont wait for instructions. You spot trends, try things out, and always look for smarter ways to work
- Content mindset - You enjoy crafting good stories and clear messages. You experiment with formats and polish your work
