Job Description
Clinical Support & Customer Engagement:
- Provide clinical support including product demonstrations, post-installation assistance, and end-user training.
- Address and resolve clinical queries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Design and execute structured training programs for external customers.
- Conduct ongoing clinical training sessions for the sales team and channel partners/resellers.
- Organize and lead Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and planned monthly engagement activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in dialysis and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).
- Act as a subject matter expert for clinical applications related to the companys products.

- A bachelors degree and 5-8 years of experience
- Strong clinical knowledge in dialysis and CRRT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and technical teams
