Job Description
- As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in interpreting and understanding creative briefs to develop and produce innovative and attractive content concepts and copies. Your responsibilities will include grasping and interpreting clients" requirements and target audience to create compelling copies that drive action. You will be expected to continually elevate creativity by crafting fresh and original copies that resonate with the desired audience. Your expertise in branding, advertising, and marketing communication trends will be essential in delivering high-quality content.
Collaboration with a team of account managers and creative staff will be pivotal, as you will work together from concept development to the final product delivery. You will have the opportunity to showcase your copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team and client representatives, demonstrating proficiency in presenting and selling the proposed ideas. Being receptive to internal and client feedback is crucial, as you will be required to revise copy based on the provided directions.
In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field is necessary. You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of professional copywriting experience, supported by a strong portfolio of work. Exceptional writing and research skills are key attributes, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential, while experience in social media or content marketing, proofreading, and adherence to standard style guides are advantageous.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with morning shifts.
