Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals, social media, and referrals.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers and conduct interviews.
  
• Connect with colleges for campus hiring and organize recruitment drives.
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  
• Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive candidate experience.
  

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with a degree in B.E., B.Tech., MBA, MCA or M.Sc.

• Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
  
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and campus hiring
