Job Description
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the companys database or spreadsheet software.
- Maintain and update records of inventory levels, including product descriptions, quantities, and locations.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections or adjustments as needed.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
- Generate reports, summaries, and other documents based on data entered for use by management or other departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure data entry tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or office administration.

- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with strong typing skills and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with database management systems and software applications for data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
