Admission Counsellor

Fudiac Academy is looking for a motivated and results-driven Academy Counsellor to join our team at InfoPark, Kakkanad. This role focuses on handling and converting leads generated through Meta Ads and Google Ads into student enrollments.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Education / Admission Counsellor
• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Ability to explain course details, fees, and career outcomes clearly
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
• 
  Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing courses is an added advantage
• Ability to work with CRM, Excel, or lead management tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads generated from ads and inquiries
• Counsel students about courses, batches, and career opportunities
• Convert qualified leads into admissions
• Maintain lead records and daily follow-ups
