**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced PM/BA who can effectively bridge the gap between business and technology, leading end-to-end project delivery and ensuring analytical excellence. Your role will involve project execution, facilitating requirement gathering, and overseeing the seamless implementation of business-driven solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- *Project Management*
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, utilizing Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Take ownership of project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management, with a focus on forecasting and financial management/reporting.
- Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct governance activities (such as standups and steering committees), and provide clear status updates.
- Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and user stories; develop FRDs, BRDs, use cases, and wireframes.
- Model and optimize business processes using tools like BPMN, UML, and Visio.
- Support solution design, data migration planning, and activities related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination/testing.
- Ensure that the delivered solutions align with business objectives and meet stakeholder acceptance.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 5-7 years of combined project management and business analyst experience, preferably within IT, healthcare domains.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio, as well as reporting/dashboard tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

- Availability for US-shift and willingness to collaborate with global teams.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe would be advantageous.
- Experience in data analysis/ETL, migration, or governance.
- Domain expertise in healthcare, particularly in non-profit projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure/AWS and CI/CD environments.
**Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or MBA would be a plus.
