Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional at our Bengaluru office. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, providing expert advice on real estate trends, and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for clients.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of real estate regulations and practices
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proven Sales expertise with the ability to close deals effectively
- Outstanding Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport and address client needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
