Job Description

About the role: The HR Specialist manages end-to-end HR operations for Free Zone and Mainland entities in Dubai, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, Free Zone regulations, immigration requirements, and company policies. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth HR operations and an organized administrative environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong experience managing both Mainland and Free Zone employment processes.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and visa regulations.
  • Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end visa processing (new, renewals, cancellations, status changes) for Free Zone and Mainland entities, coordinating with PROs and relevant authorities while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
  • Prepare and issue employment offers, contracts, and amendments in line with company policies and UAE Labour Law, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee probation confirmations and renewals.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, insurance, payroll setup, visa cancellations, final settlements, and exit procedures.
  • Administer monthly payroll inputs, WPS coordination, attendance and leave management, and ensure accurate, confidential record-keeping.
  • Support employee relations by handling queries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally and in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy, generate HR reports, support audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
