Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for e-commerce and Meta platforms Join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Performance & Retention Marketing Associate, where youll lead paid media campaigns and drive customer growth and retention across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

What Youll Do:

• Lead & optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• Analyse performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to boost ROI
• Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and custom segmentation for D2C brands
• Collaborate with creatives on ad copy, visuals & landing pages
• Run A/B tests for continuous optimisation
• Manage campaign budgets effectively
• Align digital efforts with e-commerce funnels and retention strategies
  
• Provide insights through weekly/monthly performance reporting
• Stay up-to-date with Meta trends & e-commerce innovations
• Partner with content, analytics & design teams for seamless execution
• Drive revenue growth through data-backed paid strategies

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Strong background in D2C & e-commerce strategy
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Shopify, and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of customer journey, funnel optimisation & performance metrics
• Excellent communication & project management skills
• A creative, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you have:

• Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
