Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our HR team and help build a strong employer brand presence across social platforms.

This role will be a mix of content creation, social media management, storytelling, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to bring our culture, people, and workplace experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and create content for employer branding channels including LinkedIn and Instagram
• Develop engaging posts, captions, creatives, and campaign ideas
• Create short-form videos, reels, employee stories, and workplace content
• Identify trending formats and adapt them for employer branding

Employee Branding & Culture

• Capture employee moments, events, celebrations, and internal initiatives
• Showcase company culture, values, employee experiences, and workplace stories
• Support internal and external employer branding campaigns

Creative Execution

• Work on content calendars and campaign planning
• Collaborate with HR teams to highlight people initiatives
• Support designing creatives using tools like Canva (or similar)
• Assist in photography/video shoots as required

What Were Looking For

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and details
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram content
• Ability to create engaging reels/videos is a plus
• Familiarity with Canva, editing tools, or design tools preferred
• Someone who enjoys people, culture, and building communities
