Job Description
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, and user queries.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and manage software/hardware tickets.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and user access.
- Manage devices and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) Most preferred.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding with account provisioning and asset setup, & maintaining asset inventory, and document IT incidents.
- Good knowledge in Networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, OSPF, RIP)

- Assist in audit requirements, preparing POCs and SOPs, basic knowledge in Information Security & cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and dynamic to learn new technologies.
- Good Knowledge in Domain Hosting Services & Web Site Hosting.
- Deep Knowledge in any Email Security Solution, Good to have hands-on.
