We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to fuel our business growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT talent in the US market.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Immigration and Compliance: Adhere to US immigration laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in a technology company.
  • In-depth understanding of US immigration laws and visa processes.
  • Strong knowledge of various IT technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and networking.

Working Hours
  • Core Working Hours: Working hours to overlap with the US East and West Coast business hours.
  • Flexibility: While core hours are important, flexibility is also valued. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate US time zones and candidate availability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with remote and hybrid hiring models.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific talent pools and sourcing strategies.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR.
