Job Description
What role you will play in team: Leading investigations into complex claims to determine liability and payout amounts.
What you will do: Conduct thorough investigations, interview witnesses, review evidence, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Key responsibility:
- Investigate complex insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
- Interview witnesses, claimants, and other relevant parties.
- Review medical records, police reports, and other evidence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing investigation findings and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the investigation process.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Extensive experience in insurance claims investigation.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
- Experience working with various insurance policy types.
