What youll do

• Teach across both technical and applied modules — from Python, machine learning, and data foundations to AI applications in business, innovation, and entrepreneurship
• Curate and develop course content in line with industry needs, keeping the programme sharp, current, and relevant
• Lead programme delivery — academic planning, faculty coordination, student progression, and day-to-day administration

• Build and nurture the faculty team, including visiting industry experts and adjunct educators
• Uphold academic quality through assessments, moderation, and alignment with university and regulatory standards
• Curate industry experiences by building and managing partnerships for live projects, internships, masterclasses, and guest sessions
• Design workshops and capstones that bridge classroom learning with real business problems
• Drive student outcomes — placements, internships, and industry readiness — in partnership with the careers team
• Mentor students through their academic and career journeys
• Represent the programme externally at admissions events, industry forums, and with prospective students and parents

• 7+ years of industry experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or tech-led business roles
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and real-world applications
• An active network across AI / tech / business ecosystems
• Ability to lead and take ownership of a programme end-to-end
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus (not a must)
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
