Campus Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for recruiting graduates and interns from top universities across India.

What you will do: You will build relationships with universities, attend career fairs, conduct presentations, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for campus hires.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies.
• Build relationships with university career services departments.
• Attend career fairs and networking events.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to students.

• Source and screen candidates from university databases and job boards.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for campus hires.
• Track key metrics and report on recruitment progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with campus recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and networking skills.
