Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources (HR) professional to manage all HR-related activities at our dealership. The HR Officer/Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment that supports employee development and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and organizational charts.
Employee Relations
• Act as the main point of contact for staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and team engagement initiatives.
HR Administration & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa and immigration regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics (attendance, turnover, etc.) for management.
Payroll & Benefits
• Coordinate with finance/payroll for accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Track attendance, sick leaves, vacation days, and other entitlements.
• Support employee benefits administration.
Training & Performance Management
• Identify training needs and assist in implementing training programs.
• Support line managers with performance appraisals and development plans.
• Monitor probation evaluations and contract renewals.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR experience (2–5+ years), preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in HR software or Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in a car dealership or similar fast-paced retail/service environment.
• Familiarity with sales incentives, commissions, and performance-based pay systems.
