Job Description

You are an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in both Voice and Non-Voice processes. In this remote full-time role with a 6-day workweek and rotational week off, you will be required to work 9-hour rotational shifts with a minimum of 8 hours login daily.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing support to customers through both Voice and Non-Voice channels, handling blended processes with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with a typing speed of 30+ WPM. You must possess a working laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi connection with good speed, and be comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.

This full-time role is on a contractual/temporary basis for a duration of 6 months, with a rotational shift schedule and performance bonus.
