As a Product Manager you will be responsible for:

• Define and own the product roadmap for one of the products of a stock broking platform, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market data, and other relevant information to identify opportunities for product improvement and competitive differentiation.
• Conduct product research and develop new product ideas.
• Measure and track the performance of products and features, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the successful acquisition and retention of users for the product.
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment and consistency across the product portfolio.
• Be the spokesperson of the product and create awareness and understanding of the product among target customers and stakeholders.
• Take customer feedback directly and prioritize it into the product roadmap.
• Create clear product requirement documents which will be used by engineering teams for execution.
• Create and track product retention, awareness and acquisition metrics.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.

• Strong domain knowledge of capital markets, Indian stock markets, trading, and investing.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience using analytic platforms such as Google Analytics.
