Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs, covering topics such as SEO, SEM (including Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of different audiences (beginners, intermediate, and advanced)
- Utilize a variety of engaging training methods, including lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and case studies
- Create high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, content management, and learner progress tracking
- Assess learner understanding through quizzes, assignments, and other methods
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and integrate them into training programs
- Provide ongoing support to trainees after completing the program

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Teaching/Training experience (Preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Possession of relevant certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing certification (a plus)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Fluency in English (Must)
- Proficiency in Tamil or Hindi (Preferred)
