Job Description

FyneHand is mandated to hire for the position of Lead – Web Sales Partnerships

Our client, a leading player in the financial services space, is looking for a Lead – Web Sales Partnerships to be based in Mumbai.

Role Overview:

To build the online business by driving online direct customer acquisition, online partnerships with aggregators & distributors, managing customer experience and managing the critical vectors of the channel for future growth & business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive business top line and set clear objectives for team in sync with business objectives
  • To build and develop commercial and strategic long-term relationships with our key partners
  • To drive business quality across various business sources ensuring renewal collections (First year and 13m)
  • To drive new initiatives across key business vectors, work with partners and internal departments in order to meet sales and other key performance targets
  • To set up metrics and monitoring systems(MIS) to track key performance indicators which are meeting / not meeting expectations
  • To drive customer on-boarding experience, pre and post login customer experience, policy servicing, business quality through innovation
  • To create talent & build culture for digital team
  • To ensure compatibility of technology capabilities and business requirements
  • To ensure continuous improvements to the platform to enhance user experience
  • To build relationships with digital ecosystem players in line with business objectives

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Topline – APE & Premium Target Achievement = 100%
  • Number of Customers acquired Target Achievement =100%
  • Business Quality across NACH, Persistency, etc. = 100%
  • Cost of Acquisition Target Achievement =100%
  • Business growth Target Achievement =100%

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA
  • 7 – 8 Years of experience in Insurance with Digital Retail business understanding
