Tech4JC PTE - Project Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager with a strong leadership mindset and a strategic approach to project execution.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery excellence and business alignment, requiring the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable project initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects that drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
You will lead from the front - governing delivery timelines, managing interdepartmental dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring full alignment with executive priorities and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership:
- Align project objectives with broader organizational goals, strategic roadmaps, and executive KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to scope and prioritize initiatives that yield business value.
- Define governance models, delivery frameworks, and risk management protocols for project execution.
End-to-End Project Oversight:
- Own full project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure.
- Set and manage project expectations, schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

- Define operating rhythms (weekly/monthly reviews, steering committees) to ensure visibility and accountability.
Cross-Functional Team & Resource Management:
- Build, manage, and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams across development, QA, DevOps, and business operations.
- Forecast and allocate internal and external resources optimally to meet delivery timelines.
- Resolve resource constraints and inter-team conflicts by proactive planning and leadership engagement.
Stakeholder Communication & Executive Reporting:
- Maintain continuous alignment with business sponsors, functional leaders, and clients.
- Provide structured project updates, health dashboards, executive summaries, and risk reports to senior management.
- Ensure change management and stakeholder buy-in across the organization.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Establish internal controls and quality assurance checkpoints across all stages of project delivery.
- Monitor risk indicators and implement mitigation strategies before escalation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, audit guidelines, and organizational policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in project and program management within enterprise IT or consulting environments.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP or equivalent project management certification is mandatory.
- Strong financial and operational acumen with experience in managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios.
- Proven track record in managing stakeholders at C-suite and Board level.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Planview.
