Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100D, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 13485 (as applicable).
- Prepare and control Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, and records.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate certification/customer audits.
- Ensure closure of non-conformities.
- Handle customer complaints using 8D and root cause analysis tools.
- Ensure traceability, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality awareness training.

Preferred candidate profile
- Certification: Internal Auditor (Preferred)
- Skills: Injection moulding knowledge, audit handling, documentation control, analytical & problem-solving skills.
