Job Description
- You are seeking a talented and experienced Zoho CRM Developer and Implementation Specialist to join Gabriel & Co., a renowned jewelry design house based in New York City. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for successfully implementing Zoho CRM within the organization and providing ongoing support to enhance its functionality and performance. Your expertise in Zoho Creator platform and experience in developing complex applications using the platform will be crucial for this role.
Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Zoho CRM implementation. You will customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation to align with business processes and objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation and customization of various business applications on Zoho CRM Plus, including Creator, Forms, Desk, Analytics, and more.
You will be tasked with developing and integrating custom functionalities, modules, and third-party applications using APIs and webhooks to enhance Zoho Products capabilities. Data migration, creation of custom tools and scripts for process automation, conducting testing and quality assurance, providing end-user training and support, and monitoring system performance are also part of your responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of proven experience in implementing and customizing Zoho CRM for medium to large-scale organizations. Proficiency in Zoho CRM development tools, Deluge Scripting, APIs, and integration capabilities is essential. You should have a strong understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho product suites.

Moreover, you must possess proficiency in programming languages such as Deluge Script, JavaScript, Java, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, along with a complete understanding of system configuration, technical documentation, and integration of Zoho Apps with third-party applications, will be key to your success.
