Role Description
A Business Development Executive in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company isresponsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.They develop and implement strategies for market expansion, build client relationships, and ensure the successful onboarding and long-term retention of new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
- This involves market research, networking, attending industry events, and proactively seeking out potential clients and projects.
- Develop and implement business development strategies:
- This includes creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as developing and maintaining a CRM system.
- Build and maintain client relationships:

- Manage the sales cycle:
