The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and process-driven Project Manager Lead to oversee our team of 10 Project Managers in India. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into their first leadership role or grow their existing leadership skills in a dynamic, international environment.
As the Project Manager Lead, you’ll ensure our PM team is aligned with the company’s standards and delivering at the highest level. You’ll refine processes, manage team performance, and lead hiring efforts to grow the team. This role focuses on leadership, mentorship, and process optimisation—you won’t be managing individual projects but ensuring the success of those who do.
Your Mission

• Oversee and support a team of Project Managers in India, ensuring consistent delivery of projects to the highest standards.

• Develop and refine project management processes to drive efficiency and quality, and ensure adherence to the processes put in place.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Project Managers, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Lead hiring efforts to grow the Project Management team as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact between the UK/Dubai and India teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project workflows and effective communication.
• Frequent reporting on team progress to senior management.
  

What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, with a strong understanding of sprint management and agile methodologies.
• A track record of managing or mentoring teams, even informally—leadership experience is a bonus but not required.
• Familiar with offshore/remote team dynamics and overcoming associated challenges
• Ability to identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose practical solutions.
• Comfortable working with diverse, international teams across multiple time zones.
