Key Responsibilities
- Asset Ideation & Design Innovation (Primary Focus)
- Conceptualize new-age retail visibility assets (FSU, WOW, SIS, shelf solutions, digital integrations if any)
- Drive design-led thinking to improve in-store brand recall and shopper engagement
- Work closely with agencies/fabricators to translate ideas into scalable assets
- Benchmark and bring global / cross-industry best practices into execution
- Campaign Conceptualization & Activation
- Design trade campaigns, activation ideas, and shopper programs
- Develop innovative GTM execution frameworks aligned with brand strategy
- Create account-specific activation ideas for key channels (Pharmacy, Clinic, Hospitals, eB2B)
- Ensure strong storytelling through in-store assets and execution
- Execution Excellence & Deployment
- Lead rollout of assets and campaigns across regions
- Ensure uniformity, quality, and brand consistency
- Monitor visibility compliance, POSM utilization, and execution standards
- Conduct store audits and feedback loops for continuous improvement
- ROI & Performance Tracking
- Track ROI of visibility assets and campaigns
- Analyse spends efficiency and impact on sell-out
- Recommend optimization and scale-up of high-performing ideas
- Capability Building & Training
- Train field teams on:
- Asset deployment standards
- Visual merchandising principles
- Campaign execution excellence
- Build playbooks for innovative execution
- Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage design agencies, fabricators, and execution partners
