About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Channel Partnerships Manager to drive lead generation and expand our client base in the Hyderabad residential interiors market.

This role focuses on identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, building channel partnerships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, market knowledge, and a hunger for growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and generate new leads through various channels: Builder and developer tie-ups, Channel partners and brokers, References and networking events. Develop and maintain a strong database of prospects.

Channel Partner Development

Build relationships with: Real estate agents, Builders & developers, Contractors, Apartment association members. Create referral partnerships and negotiate commission structures. Conduct regular follow-ups with channel partners for consistent lead flow.

Marketing & Campaign Support

Support marketing campaigns to generate inquiries. Participate in exhibitions, property events, and promotional activities. Conduct on-ground promotional activities (flyers, stalls, kiosks if required). Assist in executing local area marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

25 years experience in business development / field sales.

Experience in Interiors, Real estate, Construction, or Home Improvement preferred.

Required Skills

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Good communication (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).

Confidence in field marketing and direct customer approach.

Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge.

Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Energetic and field-oriented personality.

Comfortable with on-ground marketing activities.

Strong understanding of Hyderabad residential real estate market.

Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to grow business.
